Abstract Concentration in learning is
one of the factors affecting learning process. The ability of focusing on the
school subjects will have impact on the learning result. Having breakfast habit
is one attempt in increasing concentration. The energy generated from eating
breakfast will assist increasing the concentration in learning process. This
study aims to describe students’ breakfast habit and their learning
concentration. The study also attempts to examine the relationship between
students’ breakfast habits and students’ learning concentration. The research used quantitative approach of descriptive correlation type. The population of this research was 510 students. Samples consisted of 224
students and were selected by using stratified random sampling technique. The result showed that (1) students’ breakfast
habits were in good enough category, (2) students’ learning concentration was
in good category, and (3) the correlation coefficient between breakfast habits
and students’ learning concentration was 0.444.
