Module is a learning device discusses a subject systematically and
sequentially to facilitate students to achieve and master the intended
competencies. Module is also completed with the teacher guidelines in
performing services to prevent and solve the students’ problems at school such
as bullying. In reality, there was found indication of bullying among students
at school. Phenomenon found in the field that there is an indication of
bullying among students at school. This research aims to: (1) formulate guidance
and counseling module to prevent bullying at school (2) describe the level of
applicability of the module to prevent bullying at school by counselor.
This research was conducted by using methods of research and development
through ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and
Evaluation). The subjects of the research were (1) guidance and counseling
expert (2) the intended target of the module (counselor). Purposive sampling
was used to choose those subjects. Thus, they were 3 guidance and counseling
experts, 1 counselor to be tested individually, and 3 counselors to test
applicability. The module was tested and giving assessed through questionnaire
and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Then, the data were analyzed descriptively
The results showed that (1) guidance
and counseling modules developed to prevent bullying at school is applicable
used by the counselor (2) guidance and counseling modules can be utilized by
counselor to prevent bullying at school. Based on these results, generally, it
can be concluded that module can help the counselor to prevent bullying among
students at school in Senior High School.
